Early Life and Career

Bowden grew up in Wyckoff, New Jersey.

In 2006, Bowden secured her first acting role on the popular daytime soap opera One Life to Live, appearing in a two-episode arc as Britney. She went on to make guest appearances on shows like Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Ugly Betty. However, her breakthrough came when she landed a recurring role on the critically acclaimed television series 30 Rock, which premiered on NBC in October 2006. In the show, she portrayed the attractive receptionist Cerie and received widespread recognition for her performance. The cast of 30 Rock received numerous Screen Actors Guild Award nominations, with one win. Bowden became a regular cast member starting from the show's second season in 2007 and remained with the series until its finale in January 2013.
